Job Description:
- EPM experience of 4-8 years with 3 implementations
- In depth and hands on experience in PBCS, FCCS. Be able to architect solutions across different industries in terms of understand industry specific performance parameters
- Functional with an eye for technical aspects of Fusion as well
- Excellent customer facing skills and presentation skills
- Must have managed a team (at least 2 people)
- Must have experience in building EPM expertise in customers and other team members
- Role calls for a leadership in incubating and building EPM Practice through Project execution, and scaling through training juniors/interns
- This would also call for pre-sale experience in terms if solutioning, proposing, prospect engagement and leading to closure. Must be able to create best practice artifacts
- You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales in building the EPM business
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to lead by holding hands and teaching and taking the team along
