Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Ǫualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, and online research.
- Meeting Scheduling: Secure meetings between potential clients and our inside sales/pre-sales team.
- Lead List Building: Develop and maintain targeted lists of potential clients based on specific criteria.
- Sales Enablement: Provide inside sales representatives with the necessary information and resources to effectively engage with prospects.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards meeting targets.
Skills
- A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales in the ERP/ SaaS segment in the US market.
- Possesses excellent communication C interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Oracle technologies domain is desirable.
- Solid record of accomplishment of business development through outbound calling and emailing.
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot is desirable. Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
