Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline by generating leads through cold calling, personalized email campaigns, partner outreach (e.g., Oracle), and other outbound methods across the US and global markets.
- Focus on setting high-quality discovery and qualification meetings with key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with solution fit and conversion potential.
- Qualify, nurture, and convert leads by understanding business needs, maintaining regular engagement, and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly meeting targets, with accountability for both volume and quality of meetings leading to conversion.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and solution teams by transferring well-qualified leads along with key insights to accelerate deal closure.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead status, activity tracking, and follow-ups to ensure pipeline integrity.
- Build and leverage a personal network of partners and channels to generate leads and stay updated on modern lead-gen tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and practice teams to align messaging and outreach with strategic offerings and campaigns.
- Execute structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans to meet pipeline and revenue goals.
- Track and analyze performance against KPIs, using insights to continuously refine outreach, engagement, and conversion strategies.
Skills
- A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Inside Sales in the ERP segment.
- Experience in selling Oracle technologies is desirable.
- Solid record of accomplishment of sales and business development through outbound calling and emailing in the US market.
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Proven experience in customer service, and relationship building is highly desirable.
- Possesses excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
