Job Description:
- Developing content in alignment to the company’s content strategy and plan
- Developing content for blogs, case studies, website, marketing collaterals and any such requirements
- Collaborating with Project teams and developing case studies, white papers and success stories on the implementation projects undertaken
- Researching, writing, proofreading, editing content across categories to ensure quality
- Coordinating and collaborating with concerned authorities and SMEs for inputs and insights for content development
- Collaborating with the design team to develop creatives and document designs to best present the created content
- Planning, developing, writing and managing documents like user manuals, guides, product tutorials that meets client recommended and internal standards
Requirement:
- Proven experience in content writing for Enterprise solutions/SaaS solutions
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must
- Willingness to work in few hours in IST evening time so as to be available for interactions with the US team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Being Certified in writing would be desirable, though not mandatory
