Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Marketing department with the below,
- Manage and optimize the website to drive traffic and enhance user experience
- Develop and execute social media strategies to build engagement and followership in alignment with brand goals.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve the brand’s search performance.
- Execute SEO and SEM initiatives for brand building and lead generation.
- Generate comprehensive, timely, and relevant reports, both automated and manual, to support decision-making.
- Conduct continuous market research, analyze data, and report findings.
- Collaborate on and execute effective paid ads, events, and other campaign engagements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute effective email campaigns.
- Analyze and manage the company database to derive insights for effective decision-making.
- Maintain and streamline marketing processes and tools, such as SOPs, trackers, CRM, and reports, to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage marketing assets through established processes.
- Contribute to initiatives, events, and activities aimed at strengthening internal marketing and employer branding.
- Collaborate on strategies to grow the company's market share in targeted segments or industries.
- Continuously acquire new skills in digital marketing and update existing skills with the latest industry practices.
- Build knowledge of ennVee’s verticals and business offerings to deliver solutions more efficiently.
- Evaluate, monitor, and manage process effectiveness in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skills
- MBA degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or a bachelor’s degree in management, supplemented by a course or program in Digital Marketing.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Prior experience in the IT domain is preferred, with emphasis on ERP experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email campaign tools, and Google Ads.
