Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, career development plans, workshops, and more.
- Manage budgets effectively while fostering relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to align learning goals.
- Facilitate various company-wide learning methods, including coaching, job shadowing, and online training.
- Assess the impact of development plans and support employees in maximizing learning opportunities.
- Execute internship programs effectively to build a skilled resource pool.
- Oversee bench resources and provide targeted training and certifications as needed.
- Collaborate with Functional Leaders to coordinate team training and certification initiatives.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an L&D Lead, Training Lead or similar.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
- Experience with Oracle-based Solution providers is an added advantage.
- Postgraduate or Graduate degree in a related discipline.
