Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for Oracle Cloud Service, Field Service, and Service Logistics implementations.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, facilitate workshops, and perform gap analysis to define business needs and align them with Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Design and document robust, scalable solutions that integrate Oracle Cloud applications with Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise systems.
- Partners with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Service Cloud, Service Logistics, and Field Service processes, including case management, work order management, scheduling, service parts logistics, and warranty/service contract management.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solution quality and successful delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering best practices, roadmaps, and recommendations for optimizing service processes.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide thought leadership within the service solutions practice.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of CRM Service-related experience, with strong expertise in service business processes and Oracle solutions.
- At least 3 full end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Service, Field Service, and Service Logistics.
- Strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite Service modules, including Field Service, Install Base, and Service Contracts.
- Demonstrated experience with integration design between Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Proven ability to lead requirements workshops, gap analyses, and solution design sessions with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
