Job Specification:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Must have gone through at least one full project lifecycle of OSC implementation.
- Must have technical/Functional hands-on development activities related to Workflow, Application composer, groovy scripting.
- Must be familiar with setup tasks within Oracle sales cloud.
- Should have strong knowledge in Data migration from Other CRM product to Oracle Sales Cloud.
- Experience in Application Extension/configuration e.g. create/modify Fields, Triggers, Object Workflows, Global Function etc.,
- Work on the design, development, testing and deployment of Oracle Sales Cloud configurations.
- Should be familiar with integration methodology of Oracle Sales Cloud with other products / platforms.
- Support testing of new releases.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
- Prepare technical design documents.
- Participate and contribute to the estimation of new requirements.
- A certification in Oracle Sales Cloud implementation is desirable.
