Job Description:
- Lead project teams and manage activities associated with projects offshore and onshore, (Planning, monitoring & executing the projects successfully)
- Should have at least 8+ years of Project Manager experience (preferably from ERP) in implementation and Support projects
- Timely escalations of any risks identified schedule and effort deviation, status updates to necessary stakeholders on project status
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of teams
- As a Project Manager, you will drive the overall project delivery to a successful conclusion requiring strong project management skills coupled with a good technical background (not mandatory). Success will be measured by on-time, error-free delivery, with high satisfaction from customers or business teams
- Should have good experience in project planning, effort estimations, team handling, change management, risk assessment, customer/vendor (contractors) management, monitoring and execution, status reporting, etc
- Should have knowledge and experience in maintaining the Artifacts that are important to a project management
- Should be well versed in Project Management Metrics and Documentations
- Work experience on onshore/offshore delivery model preferred
- Handling multiple projects at a given point of time will be an added advantage
- PMP / Prince2 / CSM certification will be an added advantage
