Sales Manager – ennVee Gulf Operations (Dubai)

ennVee TechnoGroup Inc., a global technology transformation partner and Oracle ecosystem specialist, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with the launch of its Dubai operations.
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our market development in the UAE, driving growth across enterprise cloud, ERP transformation, and managed services.
Location: Dubai Mainland (Visa sponsorship available)
Reports to: VP – Strategy & Growth
What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end sales engagements – from opportunity identification to deal closure and expansion
- Build and grow ennVee’s UAE pipeline across consulting, implementation, and managed services
- Develop relationships within the Oracle ecosystem and regional partner network
- Engage with enterprise leaders across industries such as trading, logistics, manufacturing, and services
- Contribute to ennVee’s regional growth strategy and long-term GCC expansion
Must-Haves
- 6–10 years of B2B IT / ERP / enterprise software sales experience in the UAE
- Strong network within the regional enterprise ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in closing enterprise technology deals
- Experience selling Oracle ERP, Fusion Cloud, or enterprise SaaS solutions preferred
- Consultative sales approach with strong new-business development capability
- UAE driving license
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
