Job Specification
- Creating a sales pipeline generating leads from the US through various methods such as cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation tactics.
- Managing incoming inquiries from all regions and building strong client connections.
- Thoroughly assessing leads by identifying the appropriate decision-makers and grasping their needs.
- Transferring qualified leads to the pre-sales or designated teams finalizing sales.
- Consistently updating and maintaining the lead generation database.
- Build a personal network of partners (for example, Oracle), create channels, and understand the latest lead generation tactics.
- Collaborating with other department members, wherever applicable, for effective achievement of business goals.
- Building weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in coordination with practice heads.
- Achieving sales targets as set out by the business for the month/ quarter/ year.
- Executing, tracking, and controlling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with precision and diligence.
- Generating time-scheduled reports against the sales plan and taking decisions to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Inside Sales in the ERP segment in the US market.
- Experience in selling Oracle technologies is desirable.
- Solid record of accomplishment of sales and business development through outbound calling and emailing in the US market.
- Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Proven experience in customer service, and relationship building is highly desirable.
- Possesses excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
